be heard,

vote west.

Melbourne’s Western Suburbs have been ignored for far too long by the major political parties.

MAKE THE WEST SAFE

The West Party will put community safety first. We will fight for more police, a tougher approach to repeat offenders and an end to retail crime and street crime. We would also invest heavily in prevention programs, especially youth support

END GOVERNMENT WASTE

The West Party will fight corruption and demand less waste and more accountability for government spending.

FIX OUR ROADS & PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Our roads are collapsing and dangerous. The West Party will ensure our roads are fixed immediately and public transport services are increased and improved.

NO NEW HOMES WITHOUT INFRASTRUCTURE

The West Party will demand that roads, schools, public transport, health services, parks and community facilities are planned and built before new houses.

BACK SMALL BUSINESSES,

CUT RED TAPE

The West Party will cut unnecessary red tape, and reduce government charges and levies, so small businesses can thrive.

INVEST IN MORE HEALTH &

WELLBEING IN THE WEST

The West Party will fight for investment in health and wellbeing that reflects the West’s population and growing needs.

GIVE YOUNG PEOPLE A FUTURE

The West Party will boost funding for young people through sport, employment, training, apprenticeships, education and community participation. This will also help some young people avoid crime.

PROTECT NATURE

The West Party will protect our waterways, parks, trees and open spaces.

MAKE DATA CENTRES FIT IN, AND PAY

The West Party will force data centres to obey planning laws. We will also make their owners give millions in support to local communities.

END GAMBLING HARM IN THE WEST

The West Party will push for less poker machines and safer-designed machines.
