The West Party understands the important role that sporting and community groups play in all our lives. They promote physical and mental health, and foster stronger community connections. Proper investment in these areas will create critical community connections in the West.
Our priorities for the West:
- Invest in vital community infrastructure for Cairnlea.
- Deliver a state-of-the-art Aquatic Centre in Altona Meadows.
- Introduce caps on poker machines and remove harmful addictive features.
- Expand support services for those facing homelessness.
